My sister Aimee has lived in our basement since May, and we've wanted to complete our income suit for sometime now. Tim has worked pretty much every waking spare minute down here since the holiday, and I must say he did a great job. We still need to add one more flood light, run the vent for the stove, and a few minor cosmetic issues; however, it's fully functional. Since it's all new from top to bottom, it might be the nicest room in our house. Thanks to Randy & Melissa, who gave us their old sink, it really worked in the space. Tim, you did a great job, we appreciate your hard work.
